Royce – U.S. Protection Services is now hiring 1 full-time Armed Security Officer!
OUR MISSION
To provide the best security solutions, adapted to meet our clients’ needs.
We are looking for professional armed security officers that will provide protection to Royce – US Protection clientele, their staff, visitors, and property in a variety of industries, ranging from industrial complexes, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and more.
Responsibilities:
· Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
· Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
· Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
Qualifications:
· 21 years of age for armed roles and active OPOTA Certification
· High school diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred)
· Preferred one (1) year of experience as a Security Officer (Armed)
· Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must have good communications skills
· Ability to stand or walk for long periods
· Must be able to walk/run on a daily basis.
· Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
· Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"
· A background in military, law enforcement or corrections is preferred (not required)
You can not possess any FELONIES OR VIOLENT, DRUG OR THEFT RELATED MISDEMEANORS to work for Royce – U.S. Protection Service.

Note: Prior experience in loss prevention or security is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
