Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Manager to lead our Guest Experience Team NEXDINE Hospitality’s Healthcare vertical.
Be involved in elevating patients’ experience and overall satisfaction with dining services.
Essential Functions
Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops guest experience ambassadors
Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure patient food preferences are met within guidelines of their diet orders
Supports achieving overall patient satisfaction goals and metrics
Complies with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies
Participates in / leads patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement programs

Supervisory Responsibility
This position serves as a member of the leadership team and is responsible for the service and performance of our skilled nursing and assisted living / memory care Guest Experience Ambassadors

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, televisions, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
