Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional patient care.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records systems
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
