```Duties:```
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Prepare financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial statements and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and projections
- Assist in the development of financial strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and benchmarks
- Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders

```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Bilingual if possible but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
