What You’ll DoWe are looking for an HR Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting a range of HR administrative duties, including pre-employment activities, recruiting, onboarding and benefits enrollment. This person takes full ownership of data integrity within HRIS. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will provide support with other HR / Office management functions as needed, including processing employee changes, facilities, and other duties as needed.
You will:
  • Review and send out offer letters
  • Process background checks, review results, escalating any concerns to HRBP.
  • Complete all onboarding steps including I9, E-Verify, IT onboarding, ZAGG Swag etc.
  • Coordinate with managers on new hire schedules
  • Ownership of new employees first day set-up, desk assignment
  • Conduct orientation for new employees
  • Create new employee folders and file employee documents appropriately
  • Responsible for all data entry within HRIS platform, such as entry of new employees, employee changes, Terminations, etc.
  • Run reports as needed and assist with data gathering and perform audits
  • First point of contact for payroll/benefits/HR inquiries
  • Update payroll reports
  • Ensure all new employees receive benefit information & 401K, and complete enrollment in Paycor
  • Responsible for all data accuracy in Paycor
  • Review and approve employee benefit enrollments
  • Process wage garnishments and withholding orders
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1 years of HR experience
  • 1 years of administrative experience in office environment
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality is critical
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt rapidly to changing priorities
  • Must possess Good judgment, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Requires a positive “can-do” attitude, creativity and initiative
