Hybrid Agency : Havas Media Group Job Description Summary : The Clients / Billings Senior Specialist contributes to the production and development of financial accounting and reporting to support the Client teams at local level. La figura si inserirà nel team Finance, riporterà al Billing Operations Manager, e darà il suo supporto nella gestione quotidiana delle attività amministrative in carico all’area indicata. Le principali aree ed attività in carico alla risorsa saranno le seguenti: Gestione amministrativa dei clienti assegnati, con particolare riferimento al processo di fatturazione mensile ed alla chiusura IVA; Registrazione delle fatture passive; Controllo dei piani-fatture e caratteristiche clienti; Fatturazione Intercompany Italia. Requisiti: Laurea in materie economiche e finanziarie o cultura equivalente; Esperienza precedente di almeno due anni in ambito amministrativo, preferibilmente maturata in attività di accounting e/o auditing, agenzia media; Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office con specifico riferimento all’utilizzo dei principali strumenti di calcolo del programma Excel (funzioni, tabelle pivot, macro); Conoscenza ABC/ADBOX; Capacità logiche e spiccato pensiero analitico; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta; Spirito di iniziativa, dinamismo, curiosità, riservatezza e flessibilità; Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione, attitudine al teamwork.
