Experience with Workday is required!!!

Our client, , a global alternative asset manager, with over $165 billion in assets, is currently seeking an HRIS Workday Associate to join their HR team while a few members of the team are on leave over the next 3-4 months.

In this role, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting operations, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.

You will leverage your Core HCM experience in Workday, to enhance HR processes and ensure data integrity. You will also have the opportunity to partner with various departments in order to deliver exceptional HR services to the entire firm.

Candidates should have 1-4 years of HR experience and be proficient in Workday.

They are looking for someone to start immediately and there is possibility for this role to extend through the end of Summer or even convert to a permanent position.

The role reports directly into the Managing Director, Human Resources and the firm is functioning on a hybrid work schedule spending 4 days on-site (Mon-Thurs).

There is an office in Short Hills, NJ (where several team members sit), so they would ideally like this person to sit there but they would be open to having someone sit in their Midtown NYC office as well.

It is also important to note that Blue Owl offers a work from anywhere August!
