Home Helpers Home Care is Hiring a Marketing and Business development Manager Near Millburn, NJ
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the senior home care market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as physicians, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and prospecting activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with potential clients and their families to create tailored home care solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the senior home care market.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to improve strategies and performance.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities and business development efforts. Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales and business development experience, with proven success in home healthcare or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the senior home care market, including industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients and referral sources.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
