Job Summary:

Adopts process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize operational efficiency. Directs production and fulfillment activities, participates in workforce and planning activities. Plans and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support business goals.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, sourcing, production, and delivery to ensure product quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
• Creating and maintaining relationships across the company with all levels of internal and/or external parties including but not limited to vendors, HQ, Production, Fulfillment, Biocomp, R&D, Administration, and other key individuals and departments.
• Collaborating with Human Resources in creating and supporting skills development programs in an approach focused on engaging employees at all levels.
• Consistently demonstrating operational excellence and the balance of calculated risk taking.
• Leveraging breadth of knowledge in influencing senior leaders to adopt new methods and technologies that define and drive the overall business strategy in a fast-changing environment.
• All other duties as assigned by supervision.

Education and Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years of factory management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
