Position Overview:
As our Breakfast Manager, you will play a vital role in providing our guests with a delightful start to their day. You will oversee the daily operations of our breakfast service, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. From managing staff schedules to maintaining inventory and upholding cleanliness standards, you'll be the thriving force behind our breakfast experience.
Responsibilities:
~Supervise breakfast staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
~Coordinate food preparations, presentation, and service to meet quality standards.
~Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure sufficient supplies.
~Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
~Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
~Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or food service management preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
