Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail oriented and personable while being responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional services to enhance the customer experience. The individual will be responsible for servicing existing customer accounts and writing new policies as potential leads contact our office.

Duties:

- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with policy information and coverage details

- Quote and write new policies

- Make endorsements to existing customer policies

- Help clients post payments and provide customer requested documents
- Upsell products and services to help protect our customer's assets and grow the agency
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner

Experience:

-Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance license required

- Two years of insurance experience required

- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening
- Proficiency in outbound calling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns
