RequirementsQualificationsIn addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and applying laws governing natural resources and environmental protection issues including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act; 2) Implementing and administering integrated natural resources (e.g. fish, wildlife, habitat manipulation) protection programs (e.g. fish, wildlife, habitat manipulation); 3) Providing technical guidance to personnel regarding environmental management issues; and 4) Providing input for recommendations on environmental issues, environmental administrative matters, and environmental program budgets.
