Kaffe Magnum Opus is Hiring a Production Manager Near Millville, NJ
Job Responsibilities:
Manage staff training, performance, and development, ensuring employee retention
Schedule all production, including roasting, grinding, labeling, bag and single serve packaging lines, and organize as needed to meet demands of customers
Ensure quality is maintained and efficiency is maximized
Approve staff schedule of multiple shifts, which is prepared by the Assistant Production Manager based on production needs and department budget
Actively oversee workflow to ensure production numbers are being met daily
Produce daily reports tracking such things as production output, waste, and downtime
Supervise staff to conduct regular inventory of all materials, submit counts to Accounting
Oversee Maintenance department
Monitor staff and supply expenses to stay within monthly budget
Ensure HACCP, OSHA and GMP standards are adhered to, along with other regulatory requirements
Required Job Qualifications:
Must have previous supervisory experience managing 30 or more people
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks and/or inventory management system
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Exceptional mathematical and reasoning ability skills
Familiar with HACCP, OSHA, and GMPs
Ability to effectively deal with highly demanding situations and competing priorities
Must be a team player
High energy and enthusiastic
Must be willing to roll up sleeves and willing to put in the time and do what it takes to get the job done
