- Work experience as an HR Generalist preferably in electronics manufacturing services industry
- Some knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in using ADP payroll system is a plus

Talent Recruitment
Update and maintain job posting for US-Operations via web posting, working with various agencies/headhunter
Review of application/resume; evaluate applicant skills, schedule job applicants for interview, and provide feedback based on applicant’s qualifications
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources. Follow up on hiring status, and ensure timely closure of openings
Compensation and Benefits
Assist in administering benefits programs such as life, health, dental, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
Training and Development
Conduct new employee orientation (on-boarding) – Temp & Regular Direct Hire status
Set up/schedule training and development courses set up/coordinate site training
Assist in Yearly Refresher Training Work with other presenters and ensure training slides are up to date
Employee Relations
Complete verification of employment & background checks
Respond to LOA requests
Company-wide committee facilitation for employee engagement (employee luncheon)
Labor Law/Regulatory Compliance
Verify I-9 documents and maintained necessary I9 records
Prepare, file and submit required agency reports (EEO-1, Pay Transparency, ACA Filing 1095-C, 401k Census, etc.)
Payroll
Update payroll records using ADP (Master Data Entry) or payroll processing (Master Payroll Processing)
Work directly with ADP for any payroll / tax issues
Submit payroll reports to accounting
Other duties, as assigned
Back-up for front desk coverage
Other duties/tasks as assigned by HRM

Pay: $58,955.39 - $62,000.00 per year
