Our client is a successful legal firm that is seeking a Billing Specialist Legal to join their team.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

$57k $60k

Position Overview :

The Billing Specialist Legal will be the primary contact for the Billing Attorneys and clients and responsible for the monthly pro forma process.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist Legal :

• Monthly pro forma selections.
• Complete attorney edits on pro formas.
• Review for guideline compliance.
• Final billing with submission of invoices on electronic websites.
• Accounts receivable follow-up to clients.

• 2 years of legal billing experience.
• Ability to take initiative with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of electronic websites for invoice submission.
• In-depth knowledge of client billing requirements and specific client-designated software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Elite Billing Software.

Education Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
