At Rose Renovation and Property Management, we are dedicated to providing top-notch care for our 100 residential apartment units, 10 commercial units, and 2 assisted living facilities spread across Milton, Sunbury, and Northumberland (Norry). We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Technician who can keep our properties in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve daily maintenance goals.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and heating systems across residential and commercial properties.
- Handle the upkeep of pumps, mechanical systems, and HVAC units.
- Manage inventory, maintain and organize building materials at our warehouse.
- Deliver and pick up equipment and materials as needed.
- Perform repairs on walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, countertops, windows, and more.
- Ensure properties are move-in ready by performing necessary repairs after tenant move-outs.
- Maintain the exterior of properties, including lawn care and snow removal.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of assisted living facilities.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance, repair, or construction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with the tools and techniques required for residential and commercial maintenance.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Three professional references.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- On-call duties as needed.
Experience Preferred:
- Property maintenance: 2 years
- Plumbing: 2 years
- Electrical: 2 years
Willingness to Travel:
- Up to 50%, as needed for job duties across Milton, Sunbury, and Northumberland (Norry).
