MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high degree of motivation.
· Ability to operate with integrity in a team environment.
· Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, recognize and resolve resource constraints and conflicts, and to provide timely and accurate closure to assignments.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Products (Excel, Power Point, Access, and Word), Outlook (email) and proficient phone skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 1-3 years experience in customer service or inside sales.
· Background or existing relationships in emergency management.
· Ability to travel and attend trade shows.
· Capability of working successfully in a fast paced and demanding work environment with often changing priorities and demands.
· Working knowledge of CRM software.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Provide relevant and timely quotations and mapping coverage.
· Support sales leads internally including phone calls, emails, websites, faxes and requests directed by sales team and management in a timely manner.
· Accurately record all leads and relevant information in an organized manner.
· Provide backup support to sales team and administration.
· Provide customer service from point of order to customer satisfaction.
· Support efforts to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization. Identify and assist in the continuous development of internal work instructions, standards, and operating procedures to help reach certifications and an underlying goal of a more efficient company.
· Supporting and promoting the implementation of sales reporting and procedures that are currently not in use or are minimally utilized.
· Developing an ability to utilize the software systems to a level which optimizes job performance while improving management decision making.
· Developing an operational understanding of multiple product lines with changing market issues. Then utilizing this understanding to develop relevant sales reporting.
· Completing responsibilities as planned in an environment where instructions on how to proceed or definition of requirements may not be previously stated in clear terms.
· Assist in developing sales process best practices
· Develop and maintain Sales training materials
· Oversee the pipeline review process and maintain CRM accuracy
· Perform analysis of quotes to ensure they adhere to profitability guidelines
· Monitor the progress of orders that are in process; provide support to expedite order completion
· Develop and maintain a customer and dealer database
