Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end-close accounting processes.
• Ensure monthly account reconciliation are performed accurate and timely.
• Assist CFO with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist with various reporting agency request (AHA, CMS, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and manage one Sr. Accountant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
