Our Internal Talent Acquisition team is growing and is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our team based in our Minneapolis, MN office. This role will be responsible for recruiting on corporate roles as well as recruiting internal recruiters for our search and staffing teams. This role will report directly into the Director of Talent Acquisition.

The Opportunity

  • Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidate profiles through Boolean internet strings, various job boards, social media outlets, and active networking within talent communities
  • Screen incoming resumes and interview potential candidates to review resume in depth and provide guidance around job search and career goals
  • Format resumes to meet internal brand standards and store all candidate files in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Input and update candidate profile and contact information in ATS
  • Format active job descriptions to meet internal brand standards and publish to website
  • Submit candidate resumes and professional bios to assigned hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and provide responsive feedback and closure for candidates in process.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with passive candidates

Your Qualifications

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years professional experience, preferably in sourcing, staffing or recruiting
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies, and practices
  • Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues

Salary: $58,500-$75,000 plus opportunity for discretionary bonus
