Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience to customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Account Manager at Stimulus Athletic. We are a leading provider of custom team uniforms and are looking for a committed professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Revenue: Manage existing and new accounts, employing a proactive approach to drive sales activities through phone calls, emails, text messages, and client visits. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Retain Customers: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction. Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering personalized support and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Account Management: Oversee customer accounts, including managing apparel design consultations, order processing, and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain regular communication with clients to address any issues and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Proactive Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via multiple channels, including email, phone calls, in-person meetings, and digital platforms, to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Initiate regular client visits to build rapport and strengthen relationships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, fulfillment, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of client projects and a cohesive customer experience. Coordinate efforts to meet customer expectations and deliver on commitments.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation efforts, leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products, services, and overall customer experience. Implement strategies based on insights to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • CRM Management: Utilize and maintain the CRM system effectively to track customer interactions, manage account details, and generate actionable reports. Leverage CRM data to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success or account management (with a preference for candidates with awareness of the sports apparel industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in CRM softwares and data analysis tools (experience in Monday.com is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel)
