What You Bring

• 5 or more years of full-cycle recruitment to fill high-volume, entry-level positions in healthcare, education, social services, or similar
• Available for travel to support recruitment onsite events throughout the Midwest
• Travel includes multiple states
• Partnerships with local resources
• Success in establishing candidate relationships from application through joining LAC to ensure top-level candidate experiences
• Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
• Ability to be effective in a team environment with a blend of onsite and offsite team members
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Assertive and proactive, positive attitude, always willing to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with numerous individuals
• Actively involved with current recruiting methods including social media and career events
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient user of MS Office
• College degree or equivalent experience
