Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage high-volume meetings within the hospital
- Accurately record and document meeting minutes
- Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology in daily tasks
- Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications of medical staff
- Ensure all credentials files are up to date and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed
- Use your skills in meeting minutes and meeting coordination to ensure smooth operation
- Leverage your understanding of physician credentialing in day-to-day responsibilities
- Provide onsite support from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime for later meetings.
- Should possess strong knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Experience in Physician Credentialing is a must.
- Proven ability in Meeting Minutes and Meeting Coordination.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using healthcare software and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field is preferred.
