Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside door to door sales
- Selling home improvement services insurance related
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
-Must be highly energetic
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize Spanish language skills to engage with Spanish-speaking clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, Roofing sales, home renovations field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
