Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties in support of the Company's overall customer service, inventory, repair, and operational functions, in conjunction with and through direction of the General Manager.

Essential Duties:

-Perform customer service duties, including: Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers regarding current orders, backorders, or future orders: Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.

-Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.

-Perform shipping and receiving duties.

-Repair and maintain crossbows, compounds bows, and other merchandise.

-Organize and maintain inventory through monthly inventory cycle counts.

-Maintain the retail floor, including: Assit in implementing floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance; Process and replenish merchandise on the selling floor.

-Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.

-Create and run reports related to inventory, sales, and other department-related functions.

-Ensure warehouse and retail store is accessible and safe for employees and customers.

-Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
