Voortman Steel Machinery manufactures the most advanced automated steel processing technology available. We’re a rapidly growing company, and we’re looking for a new and business-critical team member for our North American subsidiary, Voortman USA LLC.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll oversee the safe day-to-day management of the Company’s warehouse operations, including execution of shipping/receiving workflows, ensuring inventory is received correctly, stored appropriately, tracked, and accurately shipped out in the most cost-efficient manner possible.

You’ll also have the ability to create weekly reports regarding inventory, provide order status updates, maintain accurate inventory of all products available, and manage all incoming and outgoing of goods. In this pivotal position, you’ll also embrace the opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments and customers directly by responding to a high volume of phone calls and emails throughout the day and ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times. Lastly, you'll be viewed as the "go-to" person for inquiries on everything inventory management and use of our material requirements planning (MRP) system.
