Job Title : Customer Service Representative (Temp)

Location : Monroe Area

Compensation : $18 per hour

Job Type : Open-ended Temp

Work Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm (Possible Overtime)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions.

Perform heavy data entry tasks with accuracy.

Learn quickly through hands-on experience.

Collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

Requirements :

Highly computer literate.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.

Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interaction
