Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care and utilizes the Sanctuary Model's shared values and tools to conduct daily tasks.
SCHEDULE / HOURS:
Full time
Daylight, evening, and overnight shifts available!

LOCATIONS AVAILABLE: Monroeville, Penn Hills, Plum, North Versailles, Wilkinsburg
WAGE: $15 / hour

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with personal hygiene needs, including bathing and toileting as needed
- Assisting individual with maintenance of home, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Administering prescribed medications
- Completing required documentation; daily service notes, communication notes, and incident reports, as required
- Providing supervision, support, and assistance to assure safety and welfare of individuals
- Participation in team and staff meetings
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable means of transportation
- Driver's license preferred
- The ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
- Act 34 and if applicable, FBI clearances
