- Reconcile reports to financial data and identify and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
- Complete basic bookkeeping functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and conducting bank reconciliations.
- Assist with tax return preparation by collecting and organizing necessary documents for annual tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to guide financial decisions.
- Assist in budget preparation by working with the management team to help develop a company budget.
- Perform internal financial audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Proactively update knowledge of current accounting procedures and principles.
