Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
- Manage employee relations by addressing any concerns or issues related to the recruitment process
- Utilize BULLHORN to track candidate information and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and talent management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in the industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to conduct effective cold calls to potential candidates
- Experience in developing training programs for hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with BULLHORN system for candidate tracking
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to evaluate candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
