We are looking for a manager having experiences of management for boba shops, coffee shops or restaurants . We offer $25 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, sales management, and customer service.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage and train a team of store employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust store operations accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules.

- Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management purposes.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
