Responsibilities

• Keep all exterior property clean of trash, debris, stains, etc.; grass areas, roadways, parking lots, garages, loading dock area, walls, doorways, fountains, glass frames, and glass.
• Maintain and organize interior of maintenance building, air handling rooms, storage areas, and generator rooms. Maintain chemicals, oils, and fuels in a safe manner.
• Perform electrical maintenance, plumbing maintenance, and general maintenance.
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics, Print Shop, and Telecommunications in various duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Lawn maintenance and general maintenance experience using hand tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures/company specific procedures.
• Physical demands include bending, stooping, and lifting objects up to 75 pounds.
