Administration
Budget Development
- Annual Operation Budget
- Annual Promotion Budget
- Dues, Pricing and related services
- Ensure accuracy and keep current
- Develop policies and procedures for maintenance.
- Submit timely and accurate reports and analysis.
- Assign and maintain membership numbering system.
- Reconciliation of accounting monthly
- Assist accounting in collections attempt of delinquent account.
Membership package development
- Develop new membership collateral materials.
- Update membership section of website
Membership Orientation Programs
- Provide members with rules and regulations
- Tour facility and meet key staff and members
- Develop policies and procedures
- Schedule, plan and host new member mingles
- Utilize department managers in process
- Respond to all Membership and Guest feedback
- Replies to all phone, email and written communications regarding membership
- Additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
