Overview:
The Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy, primarily through telehealth. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a diverse patient population.

Position:
Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy services via telehealth.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and counseling, and make referrals as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Requirement Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Licensure: Active LICSW, LMHC, or LCMHC in Vermont.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mental health therapy.
• Technical Requirements: Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions.
• Commitment: Available for full-time hours.
• Preferred Experience: 1 years in EMDR, DBT, evidence-based practice, outpatient experience, or telehealth experience.

Additional Information:

Candidate Details:
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in mental health therapy and hold an active licensure in Vermont. Candidates with additional experience in EMDR, DBT, and telehealth are preferred.
