Salary: $65K - $75K
OverviewManage all aspects of accounts payable, including reporting and special projects. Work with third-party service providers and assist internal teams and external vendors. Focus on improving processes for cost reduction, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities Produce monthly/quarterly AP reports on spend, terms, and invoice processing. Interface with third-party service providers, resolving inquiries independently. Maintain vendor relationships and resolve internal/external customer issues. Respond to audit inquiries and findings. Manage questionable payments with banks to prevent fraud. Ensure compliance with processing procedures and controls. Problem-solving and decision-making for day-to-day issues. Verify system output accuracy. Develop and implement AP policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow. Assist the department manager with management and special projects. Understand SAP integration and financial configuration, resolving system issues. Perform ad hoc reporting as needed. Work with IT to integrate additional business units. Test IT changes in SCQ. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting. Minimum 3 years of AP experience preferred. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs). Thorough knowledge of SEC policies and procedures. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership abilities.
