What You Will Be Doing
- Answering phone calls, emails, factura and other requests from Hyatt guests and hotels
- - Advanced ability to read, write and speak Spanish
- - High School Diploma or Equivalency
- - More than one year of previous customer service experience
- - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- - Track record of exceeding goals and performance expectations
- - Very proficient at using multiple PC applications at the same time
