We are seeking candidates for Printer Operator roles on 1st shift (7 : 00am-7 : 00pm). Compensation for these contract roles is based on skills and experience.

What you will do as a Printer Operator :

• Prepare printer for operation by making adjustments and checking input material.
• Record production and production process by completing forms and performing basic math.
• Maintain quality standards by conducting first-piece and line-clearance inspections.
• Write and mark up quality forms.
• Make equipment adjustments as needed.
• Help prepare others for production job responsibilities by showing and explaining printer / bagger operation.
• Maintains printer operation by solving process problems, making adjustments, and reporting on quality.

What you need to become a Printer Operator :

• Basic math skills, including multiplication and division.
• Successful completion of jobs or similar activities requiring control of a mechanical process and manipulation of materials preferred.
• Ability to following specific standard operating instructions.
• Spatial and form visualization ability sufficient to determine product quality (e.g. print), carton packing levels, available storage space, color detection ability.
• Must have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
