JOB SUMMARY
Manage desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A working knowledge of office practices and procedures at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
Three years' experience in providing executive level support.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
· Demonstrated leadership, management, and organizational abilities, including proven ability managing multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines.
· Excellent human relations and communication skills to facilitate communication across the business.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
