Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the company's financial transactions align with bank statements
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
- Generate and review journal entries, adjusting as necessary for accurate financial reporting
- Facilitate the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accounted for and reported on time
- Utilize various software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for financial management and reporting
- Act as a point of contact for all inquiries related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and the general ledger
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline and improve financial processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards in the telecom industry.
