We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team in our mission of helping clients make wise financial and life decisions to accomplish their goals. This is a key role that directly impacts the growth goals of our firm. Responsibilities & Activities:

• To provide an excellent experience for clients and prospects throughout their entire engagement with our firm. This will include:

o In-bound and out-bound telephone communication

o Facilitating a professional, welcoming atmosphere for in-person and digital meetings between our advisor and clients or prospects.

o Digital communication via email and text

• Assist the Advisor team to handle client service needs:

o Managing meeting schedules for our multiple advisors and office locations.

o Follow-up with clients and leads as needed via digital and telephone communication.

• Assist in creating and implementing various strategies to create brand engagement.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned to support team goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or marketing field
• College level coursework in a business or communication field preferred
• Salary for this position begins at $16-$25/hour and is commensurate with experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM systems (ie: Salesforce)

This is a full-time, in-person role working from our Morton, IL home office. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, medical insurance, vacation time.
