Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
- Basic math: Proficient in performing basic mathematical calculations
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
- Sales: Ability to upsell and promote products to customers
- Time management: Efficiently manage time to ensure prompt customer service
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and another language is a plus
- Jewelry sales: Knowledge of jewelry products and sales techniques is preferred
- Product demos: Ability to demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Retail sales: Experience in retail sales is preferred
- Cash register: Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
