Responsibilities:

• Patient Relations: Greet patients warmly and ensure they have a positive experience from start to finish.
• Financial Coordination: Handle patient finances, including discussing costs, payment plans, and financing options.
• Treatment Follow-Up: Follow up with patients on their treatment plans, ensuring they understand and are committed to their dental health.
• Insurance Knowledge: Be well-versed in dental insurance plans, helping patients navigate their coverage and maximizing their benefits.
• Sales Excellence: Utilize your sales skills to explain the value of recommended treatments and secure patient acceptance.
• Communication: Clearly and compassionately communicate with patients about their financial responsibilities and treatment options.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of patient finances, dental insurance, and sales techniques.
• Bubbly Personality: A positive, enthusiastic attitude and exceptional people skills.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse patient base.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills and dental office software.
