Wanted: Rockstar Revenue Cycle Manager
Our established dental practice is seeking an energetic, motivated, outgoing individual to fill our Billing and Insurance Coordinator position.
- Managing the revenue cycle department in our dental facilities
- Supervising and overseeing staff in duties pertaining to patient billing, insurance, collections, account management, and contract analysis
- Overseeing our outsourced billing team
- Reviewing and coordinating insurance claims for accuracy and timeliness
- Monitoring, tracking, and evaluating staff productivity and performance in billing department
o Providing summary reports, coaching, and mentoring to staff and management
o Meet with VP monthly to discuss and go over reports and data
- Set up billing parameters related to new financial projects if asked
- Review client contracts to assist in maintaining project budgets and billing terms
- Research any unbilled items
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvements to the billing process
Overseeing the Write off and adjustment report weekly to ensure being done correctly and any uncollectible receivables to Management

Requirements:
DENTAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Experienced in Dental PPO Billing
3 years minimum of dental billing and insurance knowledge
2 years experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Must have exceptional organizational skills
Professional and efficient communication skills
