Job Description: -
The Maintenance position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities in order to ensure their proper functioning and safety. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
· Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure their proper functioning and safety
· Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
· Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: -
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
· Strong mechanical and electrical skills
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
· Willingness to work various shifts and overtime.
