Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Conduct account analysis and assist with general ledger reconciliation
- Collaborate with the finance team on various projects

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience with Quickbooks
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate accounting principles
- Familiarity with technical accounting practices
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Experience in accounts receivable and account analysis
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations effectively
