The Human Resources Coordinator is exposed to all human resource functions and assists with tasks throughout all department areas. Reporting to the Senior HR Administrator, they lead recruitment and retention efforts for all hourly employees at our Mountain Iron facility, as well as being responsible for guiding employees through various employment-related processes and answering any questions they may have about their employment and policies. The coordinator plays an active role in ensuring all functions comply with local, state, and federal regulations. They must work within a fast-paced, confidential setting that puts the health, safety, and wellness of employees at the forefront of everything they do.
Minimum Qualifications:
Undergrad in Business Administration with a specialization in HR or related degree and at least two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.
