REVVITY is Hiring an Implementation Project Manager Near Mountain, NJ
Position Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of instrumentation, products, and techniques manufactured and/or distributed by EUROIMMUN US.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. Ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support, Commercial, Research and Development and Shipping to drive project success.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables. Proactively address issues as they arise.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost control measures.
- Oversee compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO) throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Manage changes in project scope, objectives, or deliverables and ensure that appropriate approvals and documentation are in place.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients, suppliers or attend industry conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 2-5 years of project management experience.
- Associate degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 4 - 7 years of project management experience.
- Highschool or GED and 7-9 years of project management experience.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma
- Four or more years’ experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or related field preferred
- Technically proficient in running IVD assays and an understanding the basis for these assays
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for conveying project updates, issues, and solutions to team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues and implement solutions as they arise during the project
- Exceptional organizational abilities to keep track of project details, documents, and deadlines
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Quality Management software.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US. Occasional international travel may be required.
