The targeted compensation rate for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $20.00/hr. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.


Job Description


Job Summary:
The Engineering Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering department. This role involves coordinating engineering projects, managing documentation, assisting with project schedules, and facilitating communication between various teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist engineering managers and team members with daily administrative tasks.
    • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
    • Maintain and update engineering records, files, and databases.
  • Project Coordination:

    • Support project planning and scheduling activities.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
    • Track project progress and update project schedules.
  • Communication:

    • Serve as a point of contact between the engineering department and other internal/external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate clear and efficient communication across different teams.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure all engineering documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
    • Assist with the preparation of technical documents, manuals, and reports.
    • Maintain document control systems and ensure timely updates.
  • Procurement and Inventory:

    • Assist with procurement of engineering supplies and equipment.
    • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Data Management:

    • Compile and analyze data for engineering reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and project metrics.
  • Support for Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the engineering department.
    • Assist in the implementation of new procedures and systems.
Qualifications

  • Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
