Responsibilities:

• Interdepartmental support advisor, supporting the sales and service teams and technicians
• Creating service orders with descriptions of repairs needed
• Coding all jobs appropriately
• Scheduling time needed for repairs and estimating costs associated with the repairs
• Responsible for ordering parts as needed
• Drafts outgoing correspondence (letters, e-mails, memos) and reports (charts, tables, graphs, etc.)
• Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping
• Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the service order
• Follow-through to ensure that all work has been completed
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Service Writers: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
