Webcast and Event Support
Job Description:
· Run corporate webcasts and provide support for UC technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams and Cisco video conferencing.
· Organization
o Planning, executing, tracking multiple meetings
o Ability to keep up to date on virtual event technology
o Liaison between facilities, Booking team
· Coordinating (Webcast production)
o Scheduling and booking
o Attend in client meetings and conference calls to identify issues and make recommendations
· Technical skills
o Knowledge of current platforms and social media technology is a plus
o Microsoft Teams, MS Live Events, Pearl 2, IBM (Ustream), Webex Meeting, WebEx Events, Jira, VC Systems
· Video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro)
· Video and audio CODECS
· MS O365 Suite proficient
· Proficiency with working with AV equipment, mixers, HD, and various support and trouble-ticket systems (Service Now)
Skills:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT working as Telecom and Webcast technician
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
· Experience using collaboration and conferencing tools such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams
· Experience with Vyopta, Synergysky, MagicInfo, Cisco TMS and Expressway is a plus
· Technical, analytical, and presentation skills with a high degree of self-motivation and can-do attitude with strong MS office skills
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adhere to tight deadlines
· Resilient and result driven to meet the required deadlines
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
