We seek a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. This role is essential in building our sales operations, focusing on CRM management (SAP Sales Cloud), process standardization, and strategic planning to achieve sales excellence. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the SAP Sales Cloud CRM system, making necessary adjustments to support sales processes
Develop and standardize sales processes, ensuring consistent and efficient operations across divisions
Analyze sales data to provide insights and inform strategic decisions
Develop and monitor KPIs to track pipeline health and sales performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales tools with marketing platforms like HubSpot
Support the team to continually refine sales processes and manage sales tools
Implement ongoing training programs to keep the sales team proficient in the latest sales strategies and technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Relevant work experience: 2-3 years
Proven experience in sales operations and CRM management (preferably SAP Sales Cloud)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Ability to develop and implement standardized sales processes
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with integrating sales tools and marketing platforms like HubSpot is a plus
Familiarity with establishing and monitoring business-aligned KPIs for pipeline health
